Hello,
I know it can be frustrating when you need to sell your home and no one seems to be buying. A few years ago, that wasn't a problem, but in today's market it seems to be getting harder and harder to find someone who is not only willing but qualified to purchase your home. If you have had your property on the market with no results or you just need to sell your home fast, this could be your best opportunity. You see, I am a Real Estate Investor. I'm NOT a real estate agent or broker. I have a very unique and effective model that allows me to get homes I buy or work with sold fast, even in this down market. I do this to make a profit and I make it a win-win for everyone involved. Your home may fit my criteria. I've got buyers with decent credit that could not get funded through traditional channels, but my connections can help get them a loan. I also have a pool of investors with cash waiting to buy.
If we can come to an agreeable sale price of your home, all we need to do is sign a couple of pieces of paper. One that tells you I am a Real Estate Investor and my exact goals. And another that gives me some simple rights for 14 to 30 days. There is no cost to you at all to do this, no risk, and it is completely ethical and safe. Basically, we will be drafting a contract that states I am buying your home. The entire contract can expire in 30 days or less if I don't buy it. During that time, if I find a buyer who wants to purchase your home, I may pass off the contract to them or rip up our contract and have you work with the new buyer directly. If we do this, there will be a preset fee that I will be paid for the equity I found, which will not come out of your pocket since you and I have already agreed upon a price.
